The PS 9 PTO and Daly Pie are teaming up to bring the most delicious homemade holiday desserts to your Thanksgiving celebration. All proceeds will go directly to PS 9’s PTO, which raises funds for arts and science enrichment programs — and you will be supporting one of our favorite local businesses, too!
Choose from three of Daly Pie’s best-sellers: Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, Apple Crumb and Pumpkin. All pies are $35.
Please use the order form and be sure to include the number of pies you want to purchase. Return the form with a check to your child’s teacher, place it in the PTO mailbox in the front office, OR, use our easy online form at http://bit.ly/2RTU0Jp.
Pie order forms and payments must be received by Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 5:00 PM. For payments via PayPal there will be a 3% processing fee.
Pies will available for pick-up Tuesday, Nov. 20 at the PS 9 school lobby during after-school pick-up (2:00 – 6:00 PM).
- Pies are baked on the premises, using locally-sourced ingredients.
- The Apple Crumb, Pumpkin and Chocolate Pecan pies can sit at room temperature for two days before serving.
- Please note: Only 50 Pumpkin Pie are available; the first 50 orders for Pumpkin Pie will be fulfilled (we apologize for the inconvenience).
Daly Pie’s owner and head chef Meghan Daly opened her first shop in Park Slope six years ago, after leaving a corporate job to pursue her passion for baking. Daly Pie’s Vanderbilt Ave. location opened in 2016, serving pies and hand pies, beer, wine, coffee and teas – and has become a favorite café among PS 9 families.
